James “Ted” Partin

Ted was born, raised, and educated in Memphis, TN. After spending two decades as a professional musician, college professor, and enthusiast film photographer he discovered his passion for commercial photography. Since then he has worked with modeling agencies, fashion designers, and businesses to create clean and authentic images to represent their brands,products, ideas, and identities.

His passion is people. It doesn’t matter who the subject is, his goal is to capture the very best and most authentic images both in-studio and on location.

He currently lives in Midtown Memphis with his wife, son, and two dogs.
